2. Products
We work to display products accurately, but photographs are for representation and packaging may vary slightly. All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
4. Shipping & Returns
We dispatch within forty-eight hours of order confirmation. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@lumeora.co within seven days for a replacement or refund.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Lumeora Skin Science and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lumeora products are cosmetic. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, review the ingredient list and consult a healthcare professional before use. Lumeora is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse.
